My husband and I enjoyed the meditation practice. He used easy to follow directions/suggestions. We were able to stay focused on the meditation while also being awake to what he was saying. Very calming.

I have a client arriving in 10 minutes for therapeutic massage and I plan on beginning our session with one minute of breathing just like we did with this morning’s session. Thank you!
Funny how different it is to meditate with a computer screen. It was a good lesson in how powerful the screen can be to distract!
Wonderful lesson. with thanks
