Hii everybody 🙏🏽First of all … thank you so much for providing this whole event, I am very excited 🧡 I‘m Susan from Germany and I love and appreciate the mindful work deeply. I work as a psychotherapist, Psychodrama Therapist, movement therapist, MBSR and MBCT teacher (in a clinic and in my private practice). My daughters and me love nature, animals and laughing…. a lot 🙂 I think – especially in these strange and challenging times, it is so important to be there for each other, listen, laugh (or cry) and love. Do whatever is possible, be with whatever is rising and showing. Not always easy. I am really absolutely grateful for the generous offer of this event and for everyone who is taking part🙏🏽Warm regards from Germany
I am a PSYCHOLOGIST who has been practicing in the fieldt for approx. 45 years. I am very inter- ested in the best strategies and techniques to deal with the current stressors. Ron Klein, PhD/ABPP
My name is Kathy Demac and I am a Yoga Therapist. I know these times are tragic and awful but I have also found many silver linings to these times.
This offering is definitely part of the silver lining and thank you so much! Jon Kabat-Zinn is special to me and I took his 8 week online course last fall.
Blessings and Love to you All💜
Hello, I am Lynnsey. Thanks for offering these sessions. I am a licensed mental health therapist working in a rural area of Maine, USA. My clients were struggling before covid and are now barely hanging on. I have to use telehealth or the phone which puts a distance between us that is yes, safer than many, but also challenging. I am a long time mindfulness practitioner and teach mindfulness to my clients. I am finding that my own self care is daunting at times, even with my knowledge. Your support is very much appreciated. Thank you!
Hello and many Thanks to you Jon and your team. I m a clinical nurse Working with elders in Montréal. I was entering a program in nursing master degree. When i got blessed with cancer, and it’s recovery ,re education of my congnitive fonctions. Overall , after 2 years, mindfulness has been leading me to life . Still need to practice and reinforce learnings. Wish i could teach IT.
Thank you for this wonderful opportunity you all are offering. I have already forwarded to nursing colleagues who are at the front line of this pandemic. I am a nurse, most recently working in non-clinical roles, & with this, I feel guilt and anxiety over not being able to jump in to help any way I can. While living alone, in isolation from friends & family for past 2 months, I am struggling to maintain my mindfulness practice. Having the chance to be part of this community feels like an answer to prayer.
Thank for offering this. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Due to Covid, I am now seeing my patients exclusively online. Hoping to learn some new ways to help them and me cope with the “new normal”.
How wonderful to have an international educational support group! Thank you we all have much to learn from each other. I will share this information locally here n Kansas City. Thanks again.
Thank you for offering this series! I am looking forward to the education and support! I am a social worker and an addictions counselor in an intensive outpatient drug and alcohol clinic in upstate NY. As the clinical supervisor I try to model mindfulness as a way of practice and as a way of life.
I’m so glad to be part of this. I’m a certified Koru meditation teacher, am pursuing NASM certification as a personal trainer, and am a singer and opera director. As an outgrown of my performance anxiety research, I teach wellness seminars to Honors students and musicians at my institution. Looking forward to learning from you!
I am a MSW student interested in learning more about MBSR for my upcoming clinical internship in a behavioral hospital working with adults of all ages. Thank you for offering this program and extending the reach to those who are not yet licensed clinicians!
Thank you for this series – I am a social worker with the school board in Toronto ON. I am also caring for my 87 year old mother who is palliative. I am looking forward to learning and developing my mindfulness practices.
Thank you for offering this series. I am a counselor educator teaching integration of spirituality and religion into counseling and integrate mindfulness into all my courses. I trained with health professional at UMass in a one week intensive. It will be nice to continue my learning.
Thank you very much for these coming live sessions, I feel cared about. I’m a home-care nurse in France and I am also working at the moment in a nursing home for elderly people because so many nurses are ill there. In both areas, me and my co-workers take care of people with and with-out Covid. For all of us, it’s a time of uncertainty, lonely deaths, less physic contact, and changing behaviors. Feeling connected to the body although there is less touching, feeling more connected to others although there is more distance, feeling grounded inside although there is so much happening around, living with challenge, helping to live with it, being the best present possible to myself, family, friends and patients, navigating better stormy emotional weather..mindfulness helps me with all of this. Thanks to all the team for giving us this possibility to hear this in order to stay grounded and to grow. May you be well
Thank you for offering this program. As a mental health provider, I am encountering more frontline workers who are deeply affected by this pandemic as well as families who lost a loved one, unable to be there when the loved one passed.
Hello! I am very grateful for this initiative and for the opportunity to be part of it. I am a psychologist (a beginer) and I am discovering and studying the third-genaration therapies. I believe mindfulness can help a lot of people and I hope in a near future I can help my patients by bringing mindfulness to their lives.
I am taking care of an 88 year old uncle, and I help care for an 82 year old aunt with onset of dementia; and a close friend with Covid and depression whose mother, also my close friend, just died alone in a hospital in NY; and another close senior friend who lives alone and has multiple worries. My friends in Guinea, Africa, are facing serious issues. People are struggling, and some are on the edge. I know I have to take care of myself, too, but that’s the hardest thing to do. I don’t want to fail them, but it feels overwhelming. I need strength and community. Thank you for offering these sessions.
Hello, I am a registered nurse from Pennsylvania. I am working directly with COVID patients. As you can imagine, I am feeling stressed, helpless, anxious, I cry easily, and I am having a hard time sleeping. I am worried about my husband who is a police officer. I have not seen my family or grandchildren for over 2 months for fear of giving them the virus. I am looking for ways to help me manage my stress and survive this crisis. Thank you.
Thanks a ot for this great opportunity. I enormously value thus. I’m so glad and thankful.

Thank you for the opportunity to learn and grow with Mindfulness. I will be working with clients at the time this is scheduled, but I noticed there would be a recording available, how would I access that please?
Thank you for putting this together! I am so excited to be able to participate and hear from some of the most famous names in Mindfulness practice! I am a DBT therapist and DBT Team Leader in a large HMO in California. I am inundated each day with new demands for both technical & clinical programming, along with the endless needs of supporting my team through this Corona crisis. I am aware that I need to and can do more to ensure my own centeredness right now, and this series will be a key piece I’m sure.

Dear Reena, dear all,
Thank you for your willingness to share expertise and spread effective solutions in this challenging time for health care professionals.
Thanks Reena, I am not on the front line as a doctor or nurse but I am part of the vulnerable group because I have rheumatoid arthritis and I am taking immune suppressants drugs. I hope you can give me some recommendations on how to return to my normal life because I am very scared of getting it.
Huge well done on your genuinely positive and heartfelt message Reena – my very best wishes to you all involved with speaking and organising these sessions for all us to benefit. Also a special shoutout to Pramal who told me about this. I shall pass the details on. God bless! 🙏
Thanks for the heartfelt introduction Reena! Whilst not directly on the front line I am working with many healthcare organisations and it’s helpful to learn and share more about how humans can live in this new normal without being overwhelmed!
