Hi! My name is Carol, i speak form Brasil. I am The principal of a Kindegarden School in Brasília (Canarinho School), and I am instructor of Mindfulness Program (based in MBSR). Mindfulness has helped me in finding a balanced and healthy routine even in this caos thats going on outside . I do experience anxiety and worry, but practiceing mindfulness has given me the knloweldge that I am not anxiety and worry. I dialogue better with the many voices inside my head and i choose more when responding to them and when just letting them be and not necessairly answering or reacting to them. That makes me feel more safe, strong and secure.BUT i feel i need to keep practicing more and more. Still feel stuck into anxiety sometimes and i feel bad for that. Thanks for sharing your knoweldges with me and with everyone that is here.
