I’m Kelly Golding, RPh and Yoga Instructor, now teaching Zoom yoga classes from my home in Chicago Illinois. Studied the work of Kabat-Zinn both in pharmacy school and in yoga teacher training. I have practiced different forms of meditation through the past 12 years, and bring breathing exercises and mindful moments into my yoga classes. I am hoping to hear more about the health benefits of mindfulness, specifically in immune system support and regulation.
