    I’m Kelly Golding, RPh and Yoga Instructor, now teaching Zoom yoga classes from my home in Chicago Illinois. Studied the work of Kabat-Zinn both in pharmacy school and in yoga teacher training. I have practiced different forms of meditation through the past 12 years, and bring breathing exercises and mindful moments into my yoga classes. I am hoping to hear more about the health benefits of mindfulness, specifically in immune system support and regulation.

    Hello, my name is Chris. I´m a retired MD, PhD. who continues to work with Family Constellation, Cellular Memory and Mindfulness in Bariloche, Patagonia, Argentina. I´d also like to comment that it´s only two weeks ago that I´ve been studying for a Master´degree on MIndfulness and Compassion at the A.Ibañez University, Chile. What a synchronicity with these live sessions! I am so grateful to listen them to!.

    Hello my name is Kelly Condefer and I am a neurologist in Washington state, USA. I’m very grateful for this program. I am working as a neurohospitalist and I also sub-specialize in treating movement disorders/ Parkinson’s disease. I have a strong interest in palliative care and end of life. Mindfulness has been the most important tool in my own self care and in the care of my patients.

    Dealing with death and dying as part of our job and the overwhelming sense of grief and loss in the world has a toll on us.

    Hello, I am Julie, a nurse in Providence, RI. I developed an Integrative Therapy program at the hospital where I work that includes medication exercises for patients and mindfulness. I also teach these medication exercises and mindfulness to any staff interested. In these challenging times, stress is high and mindfulness and medication is very helpful. I look forward to this series!

    Hello, I’m Karen and I retired as a nurse practitioner in Hospice and Palliative Care a couple of years ago. Then, when Covid-19 hit our state I have become involved with other retired health professionals to support the health of our community. We have been busy organizing the production and distribution of PPE and have been functioning as health resources in several other ways. Things have been busy here!
