I’m an MBSR teacher and Clinical Social Worker in a group practice. I teach the MBSR Course in cycles in Westchester Country, NY. I also teach Mindfulness in the local Middle School and offer a weekly Sangha in my meditation loft. I’m launching a Mindful Workforce Program for business this fall.
