Hi, the most difficult part of my life is to introduce myself with my credentials. At the moment it does not make any sense. However, I want to introduce myself as someone who is keen to investigate into myself, my true self, in my relationship with you all. I practice mindfulness most of the time as possible, to remain sane. Waiting to explore myself with you all.

I am a School Sister of Notre Dame and currently serve as the Director of Spiritual Care and Mission Integration at The Sarah Community, a multi level long -term care nursing facility. Our residents are about 50% Sisters from various communities and 50% are from the general public. We offer Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Acute Care. We care for about 250 residents with about 150 employees.

I have been reading about Mindfulness and have been practicing it. I read a couple of Daniel Siegel’s books and am especially pulled to the parts about developing compassion and the process of integration. In my Mission Integration efforts, I have found this information to be exciting and helpful. When I came across this synchronizing invitation, I was mindful of this direction.
