Hello, I currently work in a not-for-profit as the director of a Consumer Directed Personal Assistant Program. We assist people with disabilities to find, hire, train, and basically run their own home health care. I have done this for almost two decades now and I’m looking at moving into the role of Health Coach. I recently graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and I’m excited to learn new skills that I can apply both to my current consumers as well as future clients.

My wife and partner in this work and I have long had a daily meditation practice which we’ve shared with patients, inmates and staff. Our favorite meditation setting right now is outside, among the multicolored, autumn trees by our labyrinth. Looking forward to this international practice.
