Hi I am Consultant Psychologist From Nepal.
Well, what was presented this first day brings a feeling of surprise.
The method of practising and using mindfullness as a method to get closer to our own fysical and mental awarness finds its core in buddhism. And in buddhism alone. It is called meditation.
The way we abort this core by giving it all kind of names, put it in scientific perception and toss it around as a toy, as a plaything, as in interesting summits like this, makes us forget how simpel it is to sit on your ass and be quiet.
To get to know yourself. And maybe by that, the other.
Are we so unsure about ourselves that we have to prove that we are not?
