I appreciated the introduction information. Especially relatedness to science. Often difficult to get “buy in” when assumed to be kumbuyaa. Thanks for all your great work Kelly!

Excellent exercise! I tried it incorporating representative colors while visualizing “breathing in resources” and breathing out toxicity. My nervous system liked it! Thanks!

Relieving to know I can achieve a more balanced state as many times as I would like to during my work day. Thank you.

I loved this and found it very helpful. I have an abusive violent family member, with a personality disorder; and need this exercise to stay in compassion for her when I again have contact with her. I also facilitate a group for family members with such disorders and need it to discharge after the sessions. Thank you!!

    Love that!
Do you have a link of that video that I can share with others?

Thanks for the sharing. The practice was helpful, for me engaging in being connected to the heart and to my responses. It connects to my earlier reflection and self invitation to allowing to be transformed into what is unfolding..

Loved the visual of my nostrils sitting on my chest area strengthening my heart and compassion.
