Mark Bertin, MD is a developmental pediatrician and author of How Children Thrive,Mindful Parenting for ADHD and The Family ADHD Solution, which integrate mindfulness into the rest of evidence-based pediatric care. Dear Mark, this morning the storm WAS there for me, and your words helped me a lot to cope with suffering. It felt so great to have this help, even though I’m a long-time practitioner who usually does not use outer guidance – but this time it did count! Thank you for your energy!
